    This personalized exam process includes 1-on-1 time with your doc, a comprehensive musculoskeletal exam and diagnostics if necessary. You and your doc will also discuss your daily habits and health history that could affect your overall health (i.e., work, exercise, hobbies, recent or past injuries, sleep habits, diet, etc.).

    Let’s Talk About Your Goals

    Your doctor will assess your exam results, and health and lifestyle goals to create a personalized treatment plan. Together you and your doctor will meet to walk through your treatment plan, your insurance coverage and payment options.
