Dr. Jordan Trainor
Our Chiropractic Clinic in Fort Worth Chiropractor

Education: Palmer College
Hometown: Columbia, Maryland
Dr. Trainor makes patients feel at ease the moment they step into her clinic. Her passion for health care generates trust, and her determination to discover the root cause of their symptoms is contagious — it inspires them to follow their treatment plans.
Hands-on, compassionate care has been in her nature since she was a girl growing up in Columbia Maryland, abundant with natural beauty, magnificent coastlines, and top-notch cuisine. She’s always had a knack for making people feel at ease during stressful times of pain or injury. After completing her University of South Carolina senior internship with a chiropractor she discovered her calling, which paired perfectly with her passion for non-invasive treatments that enable long term wellness.
For Dr. Trainor, muscle work and corrective exercise are the most critical parts of the chiropractic equation. Chiropractic wellness is a wonderful way to strengthen our bodies to prevent injury and re-injury, which she does by running and cycling regularly with her boyfriend and their two dogs. (She also loves trying new restaurants, so food recommendations are always appreciated.)
After earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Trainor has been specializing in myofascial release, chronic pain management, corporate wellness and ergonomics, Pre-Natal Webster Technique and pediatrics, sports injury care, post rehab conditioning and geriatric wellness. As a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, she enjoys reducing patients’ risk of injury by helping them move, feel and live better.
