Dr. Hayden Holt

Dr. Hayden Holt was born and raised in Country Club, MO, and graduated from Truman State University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. During his time at Truman, he was a member of the football team where his passion for health and fitness truly began to take shape. As a student-athlete, he had the opportunity to volunteer with several community outreach programs, deepening his connection to his local community and reinforcing his commitment to serving others.

Dr. Holt earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University – Kansas City, graduating magna cum laude. Beyond excelling in the classroom, he also contributed to advancing the profession by producing chiropractic research. He is trained in myofascial release, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), musculoskeletal diagnosis, and is well-versed in exercise prescription and sports rehabilitation.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Holt enjoys spending quality time with his fiancée, friends and family. Whether he’s playing or watching sports, exploring local coffee shops and restaurants, or spending time hiking and being outdoors, Dr. Holt finds balance and joy in an active, connected lifestyle.
